HOW TO USE

The dosage of T4 will vary depending on its intended purpose. For those looking to prevent adaptation in basal metabolic rate, a daily dose of 12.5 to 50mcg is recommended.

However, if the goal is to significantly boost the basal metabolic rate, a dose of 250mcg per day is typically used. This should be taken once daily on an empty stomach.
