To earn your reward points, leave a verified review on one of the platforms below. Your review must be genuine, verified and connected to your DeusChem order.

Below, you will find a step-by-step guide on how to leave a Review and get Reward points for it. First, choose platform, then place your review and after review confirmation you will get reward points.

2. How to Place Review:

  • Email us at support@deuschem.info with your order number and a direct link or screenshot of your review - the faster you send it, the faster we verify and credit your reward points.
  • Reward points will be credited to your account after verification.
Please do not mention stealth packaging in your review. Reviews mentioning stealth packaging will not receive a reward and may result in a warning on your account.

Your points will expire after 90 days of inactivity. Inactivity refers to customers who have not interacted with deuschem.com such as by redeeming points or placing an order.

As soon as you have the required number of orders with total orders amount of 500€, 2000€ or 4000€ (depending on the level) with the status "Complete", then you will automatically move to the next level and receive an email notification about it.

For example: If the total amount of your completed orders is 450€, then to upgrade to the Gold level, you need to place an order for amount of 50€ or more so that the total amount of all orders will be 500€. When your last order will be "Complete", you will be automatically moved to the next level.

You can cover from 40% up to 70% of your order amount with points excluding shipping cost depending on your level.

Unfortunately, if you have placed an order without logging into your account, then cashback will not be added to your order. Please make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can get cashback and earn points!

Yes, cashback will be credited to your account if you use any discount coupon code for your order.

Yes, points can be used with discount codes, also you can use points or coupons separately.

Unfortunately, cashback will not be credited if you pay for part of the order using points.

Points cannot be refunded or exchanged for currency.
