WHAT IS IT
EZETIMED 10 (Ezetimibe) also known as (Zetia, Ezetrol or Ezedoc) is a medication that helps to lower high cholesterol levels.
Ezetimibe lowers the levels of total cholesterol, "bad" cholesterol (LDL cholesterol) and triglycerides circulating in the blood. Furthermore, ezetimibe raises levels of "good" cholesterol (HDL cholesterol).
Ezetimibe reduces the amount of cholesterol absorbed through the digestive system.
Ezetimibe also adds to the cholesterol-lowering effect of statins, a group of drugs that lower cholesterol made by the body itself.
HOW TO USE
The recommended dose is one Ezetimibe 10 mg tablet orally once a day.
You can take Ezetimibe at any time of the day. You can take it with or without food.
If you take Ezetimibe along with a statin, then both drugs can be taken at the same time.

Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C. Protect from light. Do not freeze.
